When I first opened my copy of Italian Country Living I paused for just a beat because the room looked so familiar to me. I own very similar dining chairs, the folding table to the right, the big dark wood farm table and I often use natural woven rugs. Not to mention the pewter cups, the bare plaster walls and the armchair in the background. Yes, somewhere in the Italian countryside there lives someone with taste very much like mine. Whoever you are, I raise my white espresso cup to yours:
